FTX exchange founder Sam Bankman-Fried continues to face a challenging legal battle in a fraud case. Defense attorney and Stanford Law School professor David Mills acknowledged in statements that winning the case for Bankman-Fried is nearly impossible.

In an exclusive interview with Bloomberg, Mills explained that the defense is facing a highly challenging process due to Bankman-Fried’s reluctance to adhere to damning statements and advice from former colleagues. Mills also mentioned that Bankman-Fried is trying to persuade the jury to save his company from bankruptcy and suggested that the legal defense needs to acknowledge the claims of witnesses and state prosecutors.
