Promised to Refund Its Users
Only 30 minutes after the theft occurred, the Maestro team swiftly took action to resolve the issue and pledged to reimburse affected users. In order to address the security vulnerability and prevent further damage, they replaced the Router2 contract with a secure Counter contract.
Lastly, with this move, the Maestro team effectively froze all routing operations and also prevented any unauthorized transfers.
