Getty Images will release NFTs on Palm through Candy Digital

Getty Images to release NFTs on Palm, including iconic images of legendary musicians including Jimi Hendrix, Elvis Presley, David Bowie and many more.

Getty Images is set to release The ’70s Music & Culture Collection, featuring iconic images of legendary musicians such as Jimi Hendrix, Elvis Presley, David Bowie, Stevie Nicks, and The Rolling Stones. The collection, which includes photos and other visuals capturing the essence of the 1970s, will be available for purchase starting March 21, 2023, as Getty Images makes its first-ever NFT drop.

Getty Images has teamed up with Candy Digital, a digital collectibles platform that has previously worked with Major League Baseball, Netflix, The WWE, and other big names to help them enter the world of Web3. Fans will be able to buy these images on Candy.com using credit cards or USDC, and the photos will be minted on the Palm blockchain.

The images in the collection will be priced between $25 and $200. In addition, Candy Digital is giving fans the opportunity to mint an introductory image for free for a limited time.
