Crypto exchange FTX is seeking to claw back $460 million from Bankman-Fried backed VC firm Alameda Research. FTX is a crypto exchange founded by Sam Bankman-Fried, the owner of Alameda Research.

FTX claims that some of its investments in Alameda Research have not been repaid. The company says that the shares given to Alameda Research as compensation for a series of transactions that would help FTX grow were not repaid.

FTX has filed a lawsuit in New York to recover the shares. The company is demanding that Alameda Research repay all of the projects in which it invested in FTX.

Alameda Research has not yet made a statement on the matter.
